The Hawks, Thrashers and Falcons are a continual disappointment. The Braves games are by far my favorite sporting event to get rowdy at

well since the thrashers no longer exist and the hawks aren't exactly playing a season i'd imagine they will continue to disappoint you. upshot is that the coonies won today

I think Atlanta was recently voted the second worst city for sports...what do we have going for us? The Atlanta Dream?

In all of my years trying to pull for Atlanta's sports teams I have been continually disappointed. Just like every pledge class is the worst fucking pledge class ever, I have approximately 0 to no expectations for the future of Atlanta sports. My roommate is a Cardinals fan and literally told me when they were about 8 and a half games back from the Braves, "The Braves are going to blow this." Welp. We see how that played out.

Well then you're dumb. For the Falcons to be as good as they are after the number Vick did on us is astounding. The Braves don't have a bright future, I mean sure, they have a ton of 20 year old all stars and some incredible arms waiting to take the mound. Go play hopscotch in a DMZ.

Ah, didn't to make it sound like I was shitting on the Braves or Falcons future. The Dirty Birds have a pretty good schedule on the back half of the season.

You did say that. You said, I have zero to no expectations of Atlanta sports future.

    1. You are a fucking idiot who can't properly construct a sentence.
    2. You are either a fucking liar or a pussy. If you believe there is no future in Atlanta sports, back it up. Don't offer up some weak "oh their schedule is pretty good." I don't give a fuck what you think either way. Dumbass.

    1. I didn't even bother to read what I had said about Atlanta sports before, whatever. Point to you.
    2. I couldn't give two fucks about baseball, which is why I didn't know shit about their young bullpen. Another point to you (you're on a roll). I'll flex my Internet corndog about the Falcons: first, their running back situation. Even though they have Turner locked down for a few more years, Snelling is a completely different running back than Turner. As Turner ages (he's 29 I believe) the Falcons are either going to need to sign a free agent or go for a running back early in the draft. I mean, I don't see his gigantic stature getting hurt in the next few years but you never know. What happens if he does? Snelling and Norwood don't have the game experience that Turner does. Ryan would be forced to throw a tad more. Not that that's a problem with Julio and Roddy catching 85 percent of the teams passes already...

I was looking at going to that, can't decide if 75 for the open bar is worth it over a general ticket.

So I'm may be moving to ATL for work. Is there any chance that I can find a place in the midtown or virginia highlands area with a fenced yard and rent around 1000? I'm open to living other places but I'd be working in the 5 points area and would really like to avoid the clusterfuck that is 78/85/20 rush hour traffic. I've looked on a few online realtor sites but have had a hard time narrowing down the search to places with a yard.

Lol, you could always move into the neighborhood. Would not recommend living around the 5 points area though.

In other news, if you are not going to the Peach Bowl and then Buckhead Ball U R GaY11111

There is no way I'm living in fucking 5 points I'd get shot. I just want to live somewhere where I can live by myself on a reasonable budget, have a small fenced yard, and can drive to work in a reasonable amount of time. I've looked around Druid hills, Decatur, and N. Druid Hills and have found a few places but would like to be able to live closer. Basically I just want to live by myself, have a small fenced yard for my dog, and be relatively close to work and the bars.
